GENERAL POLICY

True North Cosplay manages problems on a case by case basis. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our website:

Orders are accepted upon receipt of payment, which is confirmed to the customer by email. If our inventory is insufficient to process your order, we will contact you by email or phone. You can then choose to cancel your order, wait for replenishment of inventory or receive a portion of your order. Please note that there may be a period of one to two months for replenishment of inventory by suppliers.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, or for any other inquiries, please contact True North Cosplay at contact@truenorthcosplay.com. We will make every effort to resolve any question or problem.

Special Requests Policy:

For any special requests (such as express fulfillment or shipping requirements), please contact us at contact@truenorthcosplay.com ahead of order placement. We will examine such requests on a case-by-case basis to determine our ability to handle them.

Security and privacy policy:

True North Cosplay is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information (including e-mail addresses, delivery addresses, credit card details, etc.) required when ordering will remain strictly confidential and will only be used for billing and shipping purposes. We do not disclose our customers' data to third parties except as provided by law. Return and Refund Policy:

We prepare orders carefully and look for products of the highest quality possible. Therefore, exchanges will only be offered in the event of delivery of a defective item or receipt of a damaged item and will only apply to the same original item. No exchange for different products, no refund, and no refund of shipping costs will be processed.

Shipping costs associated with exchanges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

True North Cosplay can not be held responsible for lost or damaged parcels.

Products returned for exchange must be accompanied by:

  • the original invoice
  • the customer's email address
  • the customer's phone number
  • the delivery address of the customer
